CNC MACHINIST/PROGRAMMER (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm) 

Programs, sets up and operates both horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers with the Machine Shop.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 year training or equivalent commensurate combination or education and experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to program with Mastercam requried
  • Ability to machine complex components with horizontal and vertical machinig centers
  • Knowledge of and experience with G&M codes
  • Demonstrated foundation in geometric tolerancing and dimensions
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions
  • Ability to read blueprints and bills of material
  • Computer experience to include proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP systems
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask

ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER 

Designs, develops, improves and tests new or existing custom electronic products from concept through production.  Interfaces with customers on requirements and provides technical proposals in response to requests for quotes.

Qualifications:

  • BSEE or BSEET
  • Engineering skills to include analog design with preference to power supply design experience
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • May require travel in support of sales and/or products

ELECTRONIC TEST TECHNICIAN (Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm) 

Conducts a variety of electronic and electromechanical tests on electronic systems, subassemblies and parts to ensure operation in accordance with specifications. Applies knowledge of electronic principles in determining equipment malfunctions, and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two year/technical school in electronics or commensurate applicable experience
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions including electronic theory math
  • Ability to read blueprints and bills of material
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask

QUALITY ENGINEER 

Provides support to identify, plan, implement, and follow-up on continuous process improvement systems company-wide. Ensures products (including services) are developed, manufactured, tested and delivered according to established procedures that will assure that they meet all quality requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent required
  • Previous quality engineering experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

QUALITY SUPERVISOR 

Provides quality assurance support to identify, plan, implement, and follow-up on continuous process improvement systems company-wide. Ensures products (including services) are developed, manufactured, tested and delivered according to established procedures that will assure that they meet all quality requirements. Supervises and coordinates activities of staff engaged in quality engineering and inspection.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other technical discipline or a combination of comparable experience and education
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role required with 5+ years highly desired
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an AS9100 or ISO9001 manufacturing environment highliy desired
  • Experience developing and updating AS9100 quality procedures strongly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask

SYSTEM SUPPORT SPECIALIST 

Provides technical and administrative support of all computerized assets including desktop, software, telephone, internet, and networking support for users. Maintains and enhances hardware and software to maximize efficiency of network and users’ utilization of them. Plays significant role in securing the company’s physical and information assets, including but not limited to hardware, software, intellectual property and firewall.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a combination of comparable experience and education
  • 2 years’ experience in network administration or commedsurate experience including windows, server configuration and TCP/IP protocols preferred
  • Demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving desktop, server, network and software issues
  • Demonstrated ability using remote connectivity to correct computer issues
  • Configuration knolwedge of Microsoft Office, Adobe and related software packages
  • Linux and Active directory use administration and Exchange mailbox creation experience a plus
  • Ability to diagnose complex hardware and software installations and repair them back to working order
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, ability to research for current vulnerability exploits
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
