CNC Machinist/Programmer

Follows quality requirements and safety procedures to program, set-up and operate CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers within the Shop.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to program and machine complex components with CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers
  • Demonstrated ability to program with Mastercam and/or GibbsCAM
  • Ability to read and troubleshoot G&M code
  • Demonstrated foundation in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions, as well as general practice and knowledge of algebra, geometry, and trigonometry
  • Ability to read blueprints and bills of material
  • Computer experience to include proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP systems (Syteline preferred)
  • Knowledge and understanding of engineering design combined with manufacturing procedures
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask

Electrical Design Engineer

Designs, develops, improves, and tests new or existing custom electronic products from concept through production. Interfaces with customers on requirements and provides technical proposals in response to requests for quotes.

Qualifications:

  • BSEE or BSEET
  • Engineering skills to include analog design with preference to power supply design experience
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • May require travel in support of sales and/or products

Electronic Test Technician

Conducts a variety of electronic and electromechanical tests on electronic systems, subassemblies, and parts to ensure operation in accordance with specifications. Applies knowledge of electronics principles in determining equipment malfunctions and administers skills in restoring equipment to operation.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year/technical school in electronics or commensurate applicable experience
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, decimals, and fractions including electronic theory math
  • Ability to read blueprints and bills of material
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) and Adobe Reader
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask

Electronics Assembler

Assembles and solders circuit card assemblies (CCAs), printed circuit boards (PCBs), through-hole components and surface mount components. Performs wiring and mechanical assembly operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 or more years of experience in electronic assembly role, including hand-soldering of components and wires preferred, but not required
  • Ability to recognize components and determine polarity
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions
  • Ability to read and understand drawings, procedures and BOMs
  • Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Good computer skills, including the ability to accurately enter, transact and retrieve simple data
  • Ability to multitask

Production Supervisor

Supervises and coordinates the activities of staff engaged in metal shop operations of both vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers (programming and operation), painting, plating and various finishing operations.  Plans and executes work schedules, job assignments and training activities to meet our customer’s quality and delivery expectations..

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or a combination of equivalent experience and education
  • 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing or metal/machine shop operations including experience in a supervisory/leadership role preferred
  • Proven ability to lead a team in the execution of manufacturing operations to meet revenue and delivery goals
  • Proven knowledge of how to implement process controls in production in order to improve efficiency and minimize waste (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, TPS, 6S, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills including ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office suite
