CNC Machinist/Programmer

Programs, sets up, and operates both horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers with the Machine Shop.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 year training or equivalent commensurate combination or education and experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to program with Mastercam required
  • Ability to machine complex components with horizontal and vertical machining centers
  • Knowledge of and experience with G&M codes
  • Demonstrated foundation in geometric tolerancing and dimensions
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions
  • Ability to read blueprints and bills of material
  • Computer experience to include proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and ERP systems
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask

Electrical Design Engineer

Designs, develops, improves, and tests new or existing custom electronic products from concept through production. Interfaces with customers on requirements and provides technical proposals in response to requests for quotes.

Qualifications:

  • BSEE or BSEET
  • Engineering skills to include analog design with preference to power supply design experience
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • May require travel in support of sales and/or products

Electronic Test Technician

Conducts a variety of electronic and electromechanical tests on electronic systems, subassemblies, and parts to ensure operation in accordance with specifications. Applies knowledge of electronics principles in determining equipment malfunctions and administers skills in restoring equipment to operation.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year/technical school in electronics or commensurate applicable experience
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, decimals, and fractions including electronic theory math
  • Ability to read blueprints and bills of material
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) and Adobe Reader
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask

Production Supervisor (Metal Shop)

Supervises and coordinates the activities of staff engaged in metal shop operations of both vertical and horizontal CNC machining centers (programming and operation), painting, plating, and various finishing operations. Plans and executes work schedules, job assignments, and training activities to meet our customers’ quality and delivery expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or a combination of equivalent experience and education.
  • 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing or metal/machine shop operations including experience in a supervisory/leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead a team in the execution of manufacturing operations to meet revenue and delivery goals.
  • High customer focus with regard to delivering a quality product in a timely manner.
  • Proven knowledge of how to implement process controls in production in order to improve efficiency and minimize waste (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, TPS, 6S, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills including ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proven ability to strategize, communicate and lead improvement initiatives to gain buy-in at all levels and drive execution of plan.
  • Ability to read and write procedures, work instruction and other forms of technical documentation.
