Our power supplies do not require scheduled maintenance.
No, our power supplies are not serviceable by customers. Please contact ACT for a return authorization material (RMA) number to have your unit evaluated for a fee to determine if it is repairable. If deemed repairable, we’ll advise you of the repair cost prior to proceeding with the repair. If you choose not to repair it, only the repair fee will be charged and the unit will be returned to you “as-is.” You are responsible for all shipping costs.
